如果是FCC Certification，铭牌上必须有FCC ID：
采用认证方式的设备FCC ID要与设备的其他信息一起标注在铭牌上。对FCC ID号码的表示方式没有特别规定，但FCC建议在ID号码周围划线以将其与其他信息区分开来，如：FCC ID：×××123
印有FCC ID的铭牌在整个认证过程中可能会被要求修改，为防止浪费，在正式获得认可之前，建议申请人不要大量印刷印有FCC ID的铭牌或在产品上丝印、雕刻等。
设备上的显著位置标有以下这段声明：
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
如果设备有两个或多个组成部分，通过线缆连接起来，销售时作为一个整体的，上面的声明只要标在主体控制部分。若设备太小标注的面积不够，上述的声明可写在用户手册或使用说明书的显著位置处，或者标注在设备的包装盒上。
有意发射机的用户手册或使用说明书还应提醒使用者：未经批准对设备进行改变或修改的话，使用者对设备的使用权利将可能被取消。若用户手册或使用说明书不是以纸质方式提供的，例如是以磁盘或通过互联网等方式提供的，该信息也必须包括在内，以使用户顺利得到该信息。

如果是FCC DOC，铭牌上必须有FCC LOGO：
如果设备经过测试被证明符合FCC法规的要求，应使用以下标签：
标签格式（符合性声明）
如果个人计算机是由分别获得认证的部件组装而成，该个人计算机不需再进行测试，使用以下有组装说明的标签：
若设备太小或将以上标签放在设备上的做法行不通时，例如CPU主板或直插式电路板外设器件，产品标识标签可标在用户手册或使用说明书的显著位置处，但是，唯一的识别信息（商标和型号）和FCC标识必须标在产品上。
标签不应使用即贴型的纸质标签，标签应该永久性地附着在设备上，并且在消费者购买时能够很容易和清楚地看到该标签。永久性地附着是指把标签上的内容蚀刻、雕刻、压印、丝网印刷或印刷在设备主体上使之不能磨灭，或者将金属、塑料或其它材料制成的标签以焊接、铆接或永久性黏合剂的形式固定在设备主体上。标签的设计还要考虑到设备在环境中的使用寿命。
A类数字设备或外设的用户使用说明书的显著位置印有以下声明或类似的声明：
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
B类数字设备或外设的用户使用说明书的显著位置印有以下声明或类似的声明：
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
—Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
如果设备是由多个数字设备组成，以上两段声明只需要包含在主控制单元的使用说明书中即可。如果说明书或用户手册不是以纸质方式提供的，而是以磁盘、互联网等方式提供，以上的声明也应以相应方式提供给用户。
FCC警告语
如果是FCC Verification，铭牌和说明书上分别要有警告语：
采用验证方式的时候，产品上必须有如下标签：
标签格式（验证）
该标签必须包括型号（例如：Model. No. 123）、公司名称或商标（Company’s name or trade name）、原产国（Country of origin）的信息。根据美国海关和联邦贸易委员会（Federal Trade Commission）的规定，所有在美国之外生产的产品都必须标明原产国。
任何情况下，按验证方式的产品标签上都不能出现FCC ID号码。
标签或产品说明书中应具有相关类似描述：
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.（适用于如Part 73的无线电广播设备等无线电广播接收装置）
This device is verified to comply with Part 15 of the FCC Rules for use with cable television service.（适用于电缆线及其连接器等）
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.（其他所有设备）
注：如果设备是由电线连接的两个或两个以上部分组成，以上标签应加贴在主要控制单元上。如果设备太小，不能加贴以上陈述内容，则必须在设备包装或说明书中体现以上陈述内容。
