ETL factory inspection

License must sign a legal contract with ETL ( service ), it is clearly stipulated the manufacturer's liability and continuous ETL column and ETL markers use condition.

The obtained ETL Certificate in two ways, one is through the CB test reports, can be directly applied, required documents as follows:
1 application form
The 2.CB test certificate copy ( direct application is not required )
3.CB test report copy ( direct application is not required )
4 sample
5 other related test results and product data, such as: product manuals, pictures, components list and so on. ( such as the CB report, need to carry on difference test)
